The world may move fast but the tech industry moves faster. Lucky for you we’ve got you covered on all of the latest developments. 

First up, NASA released coloured satellite images! They are the first full-colour images and are the result of more than 20 years and billions of pounds worth of engineering and work.

Samsung has beaten TSMC to 3nm chip production. They recently announced that they have started the initial stage of mass production of the latest 3nm chip process.

Youtube announced anti-spam features on YouTube. With three features to tackle the growing spam issue in comments. The main feature being, users can no longer hide their channel subscriber count, thus making it easier to recognise the original creator.

WhatsApp announces eight new features, including the ability to Hide Online Status to users of your choice and reactions to messages.

Xiaomi launches the first 1-inch smartphone camera. While it isn’t the only smartphone with a 1-inch camera sensor, it is the first phone to use the Sony IMX989, (which is the first dedicated 1-inch sensor made exclusively for smartphones) instead of a repurposed camera sensor.

You can now test and install the brand new iOS 16 public beta which includes customisable lock screen and stickers from your own images. Although we do recommend installing this at your own risk with some users reporting device problems after.
